As someone who wishes you well, you need to take a big step back and look, with honest eyes, at the result of this election.
Whatever your prior beliefs might tell you, you have to ignore them. Have some epistemic humility.
Here are some data points that should make you question your beliefs about this election. For one, Trump got record % of the latino AND black vote. He got more blacks and latinos as a percentage and in numbers than any other GOP presidential candidate ever.
White women voted about the way they voted in 2020 and 2016. The biggest change was in blacks and latinos, and it was a trend that started in 2016.
Without resorting to an accusation of racism/sexism, you need to explain why the Ds are losing blacks and latinos. I bet if you try, you can do it.
But if you continue to outsource your thinking to the corporate press (that just spent the last 8 years lying to you about nearly everything) you will continue to come to histrionic conclusions, and that certainly won't reform whatever it is that's going on inside the DNC.
