The HIMARs and these other weapons platforms primarily succeed at their main mission of being cash cows for the MIC. Firing just ONE volley of the HIMARs munitions being used by Ukraine (the GMLRS) costs nearly $1 million.

Imagine if you had a "customer" like Ukraine: you give them "aid" and decide how much they buy, and every time they use your product, it's another $1 million.

That's an awful big incentive to keep the war going, no?
