Of course they won’t. The Atlantic is a pro-establishment rag that only ever stumbles onto the truth by accident. BJ Campbell wrote an excellent piece about a week ago discussing how Georgia likely already had a critical mass of people sick with covid BEFORE the shutdown.
Notice there’s no data or actual verifiable information about anything in the Atlantic piece? That’s because despite what the average Medium reader might think, it’s not news — so there’s actually no information in it. It’s what you might call a “hack” piece. Compare that to BJ’s data-filled piece about Georgia. One of these two folks are telling the truth. The other is smearing ANYONE WHO DARES TO DEFY THE ESTABLISHMENT NARRATIVE.
People who only ever support the official narrative are not journalists. They’re apparatchiks. Readers who never question the official narrative are just lazy.
Why bother reading medium if you’re just going to parrot the most mainstream narrative anyway? You can get that same information from watching the teevee all day long on any one of the failing mainstream media legacy broadcasts.
