It's one thing to be constantly lied to by the mainstream media. It's quite another to angrily claim that all the lies are true.

At a certain point, you simply have to assume that a big chunk of the blue tribe prefers to be lied to rather than to grapple with complex issues.

It is, in fact, much easier to assume malice instead of seeking understanding. Always.
