From the sound of things, your colleagues wouldn’t much care if they did know you hate them. People who don’t care to use bathrooms correctly or to deal with 2 degree variance in temperature on their own probably don’t think much of anyone but themselves.

The job here, it sounds like, is giving these toddlers the illusion of having their needs met. Most daycare teachers earn scarcely above minimum wage, so it sounds like you’re doing pretty well for yourself.
